UPDATING ABOUT THE NEW SYSTEM ]
• You have to be registered in the forum to DOWNLOAD.
• Every cards (containing a video/audio file) is now posted in the forum and in the website. The material is the same.
• The link of the download area in the website is
this one, and for the forum one click
here. We suggest you to follow the website because of a better arrangement of the files.
• To download a file you need a password that will be asked you when you will click to the "download" gif, the password is different from files to files. The password is posted in the forum cards, and the real download link in the website cards. So you have to visit both cards, the forum one and the website one too to download a file, you just have to follow the LINKS wherever you are (in a forum card or in a website card) to have all that you need to download a file (the real download link, and the password).

here ]]]]Generally as FAQ you find questions done frequently..we wanted to try and anticipate some possible questions explaining in a direct, concise and simple way some things that regard this section. This one that you're going to read is a kind of "guiding text".
In this section you find videos regarding Placebo...these videos have been divided in two ways, because of the year of their recording and because of what the videos concern. We've used differnt colors for the titles of the topics in which you'll find the links for the videos, so it will be more simple to recognize the kind of video. (In the top of the first page of the VIDEOS ARCHIVES you can find the legend)
1. In accordance to which parameters have we decided that a video is a short exhibition instead of a concert or a curiosity?
In a lot of cases it has been difficult to decide if a video is a concert, a short exhibition or something else.. because it's very subjective so we'll explain which is the boundary line between the different categories that we have decided arbitrarily. This doesn't mean that all the performances over a certain parameter cannot been considered acceptable also in others categories..but we had to put some limits to organize the archives in a tidy and constant way during time to make easier the research of the videos, so we needed to estabilish fissed limits, avoiding the thousands contraddictions that are in.
Concert: In this category you'll find Placebo's exhibitions with more than 5 songs. Without considering if they took place indoor,m outdoor, during a festival or a tv program, exc...
Short exhibitions: In this category you'll find one or more songs of Placebo's concerts that we haven't found completely and performances that counts 5 or less songs. Without considering if they took place indoor,m outdoor, during a festival or a tv program, exc...
Interviews: In this category youll' find interviews made to one or more Placebo's members.
Official videos: In this category you'll find the official videos realized for Placebo's singles.
Curiosity: In this category you'll find the rest of the videos which regards Placebo or even only some members of the band and that doesn't suit the other categories.
2. In all of these topics of this section you'll find informations about the file (dimenson, duration, format) and concerning to the video (track list, screenshot, exc..) and of course the instructions for the download.
In some cases the videos are divided into two or more parts (because we found them only in this way or because we cannot find the entire version or because they're too large so only a few group of people with adsl and a lot of aviable consecutives hours could try and download them in the entire version). So every part of the video will be a single file, that you can download separetly if you don't want the rest.
If the video divided into different parts is a live in the track list will be signaled which songs you'll find in the different parts. So you'll find a list of songs numbered and picked in groups separated from the others by an empty line and these groups will correspond to the songs contained into the different parts of the video.
3. Of some of the videos we don't know the exact year in which they've been recordered and to try and solve the problem we put insert the year that we consider the right one...but we don't really know if it is. If we have an uncertainty of this kind we'll signal it on the topic. and, anyway, we can also make other kind of mistakes, or some links taht don't work, exc..
For this reason we have created a special topic, called "SEGNALACI L'ERRORE" in which (if you know the real year of the recording of a video or if you find any mistakes or a bad functioning in a link, exc...) you can signal us this kind of things.

4. For the creation and the amplification of the archives we need the help of all those ones that want to help us.. So if you want us to insert in the archive a video in your possession or if you put online a video and you want us to see it quickly (without waiting for us to find it searching in different topics) you can signal it in the topic called "SEGNALACI IL VIDEO".

Unico requisito per scaricare -> ESSERE REGISTRATI AL FORUM
Sono state introdotte diverse novità nell'archivio.
Le schede sono infatti ora presenti Sia nel forum al
seguente indirizzo. Sia nel sito web al
seguente indirizzo.
COSA E' CAMBIATO RIGUARDO LA DISPOZIONENel FORUM i video/schede sono catalogati (come di consueto) in base al tipo di video (bootleg-concerto/
pati di live-shorts exhibitions/interviste-interviews/video ufficiali-official videos/curiosità-curiosity) e in base all'anno. Questi fattori sono visibili direttamente dal colore del titolo del topic e dall'anno scritto tra le parentesi.
Nel SITO WEB è stato adottato un sistema ancora più specifico di quello presente nel forum, in quanto troverete raggruppati in ogni CATEGORIA tutti i link delle schede presenti, suddivisi inoltre per ANNO..e che rimandano alla scheda che vi interessa! a differenza del forum non dovrete perdere tempo scorrendo le pagine in cerca di una scheda o non dovrete cercare neppure nella tabella dell'archivio che benchè racchiuda tutte le schede, le suddivide solo per anno e diventa confusionaria quando i links alle schede diventano centinaia .. (la tabella è stata infatti ora modificata). In base al metodo adottato nel sito la ricerca di qualche video in base al tipo/anno sarà quindi più rapida ed efficente! vi suggerisco quindi di prendere come punto di riferimento dell'archivio il sito web per una più ordinata esposizione di tutto il materiale!
www.lipstick-trace.netPer quanto riguarda il forum, è stato migliorato il servizio di ricerca attraverso la creazione di un topic generale che racchiude tutti i link alle schede DEL FORUM catalogate per categoria e per anno. Accedete al topic cliccando
quiCOSA E' CAMBIATO RIGUARDO L'ACCESSO AL DOWNLOADEssendo il nostro un servizio gratuito, abbiamo ritenuto legittimo creare un collegamento forzato tra sito web e forum per poter scaricare un file. In questo modo le visite tra sito web e forum verranno incrementate, portando a conoscenza del sito web utenti/visitatori che conoscono solo il forum. Il sito web d'altro canto fornisce un servizio più chiaro e ordinato per l'attività di download.
Il sistema funziona così: ogni scheda è presente sia nell'archivio del forum sia nella sezione download del sito web.
La scheda del forum non ha il link DIRETTO per scarica il file, chiunque clicchi sulla scritta download di una scheda verrà riportato alla scheda analoga presente nel sito web, lì la gif animata con scritto download sarà il vero collegamento diretto per poter scaricare il file. D'altra parte, nella scheda del sito web, è riportato il link che rimanda alla scheda analoga del forum per venire a conoscenza della password necessaria all'avviamento del download..
mediafire (spazio dove sono caricati i video) vi chiederà dunque la password per poter scaricare a tutti gli effetti il file. Vi basterà fare copia e incolla della password della scheda che vi interessa.
Riassumendo:
Scheda sito web -> accesso al link di download
Scheda forum-> password per completare l'avviamento del download
SIA nella scheda sul sito web SIA nella scheda sul forum sono presenti i relativi collegamenti per avere tutto ciò che vi serve per scaricare il file. Non dovete quindi andare alla ricerca di nulla ma seguire i collegamenti già inseriti !!
ALTRE NOVITA'come già accennato poco più su.. è stato creato un topic nel forum con i collegamenti a tutte le schede dell'archivio. Le schede sono suddivise per categoria ed anno! Vi consiglio di utilizzare quel topic per venire a conoscenza di tutto il materiale presente!

]]]]Di solito come FAQ si trovano le domande fatte frequentemente…noi abbiamo voluto anticiparvi alcune possibili domande spiegandovi direttamente e in maniera molto breve e semplice alcune cose che riguardano questa sezione. Si può dire che questa che state per leggere è una sorta di Guida all’uso.
In questa sezione trovate dei video riguardanti i Placebo…tali video sono stati suddivisi in due modi…sia a seconda del loro anno di registrazione..sia in base a ciò di cui tratta il video. Per riconoscere velocemente di cosa tratta il video abbiamo usato dei colori diversi per i titoli del topic in cui trovate il link per il video. (Nella parte alta della pagina iniziale della sezione ARCHIVIO VIDEO potete trovare la leggenda)
1. Secondo quali parametri abbiamo deciso che un video è una piccola esibizione piuttosto che un concerto o una curiosità?
In molti casi stabilire se un video è un concerto o una piccola esibizione o altro è difficile..perchè è molto soggettivo per cui qui di seguito vi illustreremo le linee di confine tra una categoria e l’altra che abbiamo arbitrariamente stabilito. Ciò non vuol dire che pensiamo che tutte le esibizioni al di là di un certo parametro non possono essere considerate accettabili anche in altre categorie..ma solo che dovendo mettere dei limiti per organizzare l’archivio in maniera ordinata e costante durante il tempo in modo che sapendo che video si cerca lo si trovi più facilmente era necessario stabilire dei limiti fissi evitando le mille eccezioni che ci sono.
Concerto: In questa categoria troverete le esibizioni dei Placebo con più di 5 canzoni. Indipendentemente se svoltesi in un live all’aperto o al chiuso, all’interno di un festival, durante un programma televisivo, ecc…
Parti di Live/ Piccole esibizioni: In questa categoria troverete una o più canzoni di live dei Placebo di cui non abbiamo trovato tutte le altre parti e le esibizioni dei Placebo che contano in totale 5 o meno canzoni. Indipendentemente se svoltesi in un concerto all’aperto o al chiuso, all’interno di un festival, durante un programma televisivo, ecc…
Interviste: In questa categoria troverete le interviste fatte ad uno o più membri dei Placebo.
Video Ufficiali: In questa categoria troverete i video clip ufficiali realizzati per i singoli dei Placebo.
Curiosità: In questa categoria troverete tutti gli altri video che riguardano i Placebo o anche solo alcuni dei membri del gruppo e che non rientrano nelle altre categorie.
2. Di alcuni file non sappiamo l’anno esatto in cui sono stati registrati e per risolvere il problema inseriamo l’anno che secondo noi può essere quello giusto..ma che non è detto che poi sia quello giusto…Se abbiamo un incertezza di questo tipo lo troverete segnalato nel topic. E comunque è possibile che facciamo anche degli errori di altro genere o che qualche link non funziona correttamente, ecc…
Per questo abbiamo creato un topic apposito chiamato “SEGNALACI L’ERRORE” in cui (se sapete il vero anno di registrazione di un video, se trovate qualche errore, se trovate qualche malfunzionamento nei link, ecc..) potete segnalarci queste cose…. e che si trova

Per la creazione e l’ampliamento dell’archivio abbiamo bisogno dell’aiuto di tutti quelli che vorranno aiutarci…per cui se volete che un video in vostro possesso venga inserito nell’archivio o se mettete on line un video e volete farcelo notare velocemente ( senza aspettare che lo cerchiamo e troviamo noi girando per i vari topic) potete segnalarcelo nel topic chiamato “SEGNALACI IL VIDEO” e che trovate
